The Bedroom Set Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by California Dreamin' Mattresses, also doing business as Factory Direct Mattress ("Sponsor"), 897 Via Lata Suite I, Colton, CA 92324, phone (951) 333-0469, website fdmcolton.com.
2Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Riverside County or San Bernardino County, California (the Inland Empire), who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Residency is limited to these counties because the prize must be picked up in person at Sponsor's Colton showroom. Entries submitted by or for anyone under 18 are void. A parent or legal guardian may not enter on behalf of a minor. Employees, owners and officers of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse or domestic partner, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses) and anyone living in the same household as any of them, are not eligible. Void outside Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, California, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3Entry period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 14, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not count. Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
4How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Neither requires a purchase.
Main entry (online): During the Entry Period, go to fdmcolton.com, complete the deals sign-up form with your name and a valid email address, check the box confirming you are 18 or older and the consent box, and submit the form. You will receive one (1) entry.
In-store bonus entry: During the Entry Period, visit Sponsor's showroom at 897 Via Lata Suite I, Colton, CA 92324 (by appointment or whenever the store is open), scan the QR code on the giveaway poster with your phone (or go to fdmcolton.com/bonus while in the store), allow your phone to share its location so we can confirm you are at the store, and submit the form with your name, a valid email address, and the age (18 or older) and consent boxes checked. You will receive one (1) additional entry. Your location must be confirmed at the showroom for the bonus entry to count. No purchase is necessary to visit the store or to receive the bonus entry. Store visits are by appointment or whenever the store is open; to schedule a visit, call (951) 333-0469. If you need help, ask a store associate.
Please use the same email address for both entries. All entry information must be complete, true and accurate.
5Entry limits
- Limit: one (1) main entry and one (1) in-store bonus entry per person for the entire Giveaway, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person.
- Each person may use only one (1) email address. Entries made with more than one email address, under another person's name, or more than the stated limits will be void, and Sponsor may disqualify that person.
- Submitting the sign-up form more than once does not earn extra entries.
- Entries made by scripts, bots, or any automated method, and bonus entries made from outside the showroom (including by faking a location), are void.
6Prize & approximate retail value
One (1) winner will receive one (1) complete bedroom set, consisting of: one (1) queen mattress, one (1) queen bed frame (black, with lighted headboard), one (1) dresser and two (2) nightstands. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,500.
Pickup only: the prize must be picked up at Sponsor's showroom, 897 Via Lata Suite I, Colton, CA 92324. Delivery, setup and assembly are NOT included. The winner is solely responsible for transporting the prize (including providing a suitable vehicle and any help needed to load it) and for any related costs. Pickup must be scheduled within 30 days after the winner is confirmed; if the prize is not picked up within that time, it will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Items, models and colors may vary from those shown in ads; if any item is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or assigned. Any difference between the actual and stated value will not be awarded. All prize details not stated in these rules are at Sponsor's discretion.
7Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8Drawing & notification
On or about December 15, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified directly by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. The winner will also be announced publicly (first name, last initial and city) on California Dreamin' Mattresses' Facebook and Instagram pages on or about December 15, 2026. You do not need to follow, like or visit these pages to enter or win. The potential winner must respond to the direct notification and claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the first direct notification attempt by email or phone (the public announcement does not start this 48-hour period), and must show a valid government-issued photo ID proving that he or she is 18 or older and a resident of Riverside County or San Bernardino County, California (if the ID does not show a current address in either county, Sponsor may also ask for other reasonable proof of residence, such as a utility bill). The potential winner may also be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond and claim the prize within 48 hours, is found ineligible (including being under 18 or living outside Riverside and San Bernardino Counties), cannot show the required photo ID, does not return the required documents, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner's failure to see, receive or respond to the notification or the public announcement (for example, because of missed or spam-filtered emails, unanswered calls or a full voicemail, not checking social media, or incorrect contact information), or for a potential winner's failure to claim the prize within 48 hours; in any such case the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
9Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Because the prize value is over $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (including a Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Number) before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will report the prize's ARV to the IRS on Form 1099. A winner who does not provide a W-9 forfeits the prize.
10Privacy
Information you provide (such as your name and email address) is collected by Sponsor and will be used to run the Giveaway, contact the winner, and send you deals and promotions from California Dreamin' Mattresses, as described on the entry forms. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time; unsubscribing will not cancel entries you already made. For the in-store bonus entry, your phone's location is checked once and saved with your entry only to verify that you entered at the store. Sponsor does not sell your personal information. 11General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, breaks these rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive way. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical problems, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and, if it does, may select the winner from eligible entries received before the problem occurred. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for problems with phones, networks, location services or websites. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce and share the winner's first name, last initial and city on its Facebook and Instagram pages, website and other social media, without further compensation. Following or engaging with Sponsor's social media pages is not required to enter or win. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. If there is any difference between the English and Spanish versions of these rules, the English version controls.
12Limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your participation in the Giveaway or from receiving, picking up, transporting or using the prize, except where such liability cannot be limited by law. The prize is provided with only the manufacturer's standard warranties, if any; Sponsor makes no other warranties about the prize.
13Facebook / Instagram release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram (Meta). By entering, you release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. Information you submit is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.

These Official Rules apply to the Bedroom Set Giveaway running October 15, 2026 through December 14, 2026 (drawing on or about December 15, 2026).
